The company has more than two hundred sets of advanced modern processing equipment, Mitsubishi pentahedron machining center, the Italian Baima 8 × 24 m CNC floor type boring and milling machine, 8 m CNC vertical lathe, CNC cutting machine, CNC lathe, CNC gantry milling machine, planer, 1000 t CNC bending machine and 2.2 m steel plate pretreatment line.
Our company provide standard product line of three main welding machines — automatic welding manipulator, automatic welding turning roller and automatic welding positioner. We are unique manufacturer of H-beam welding line.
The steel plate, round steel, angle iron and other raw materials adopt famous steel products in China. The main inspection equipment includes carbon and sulfur analyzer, high-speed ignition furnace (physical and chemical analysis), spectrophotometer, analytical balance, spectrometer, Brinell hardometer, metallographic microscope, universal material testing machine (mechanical properties of materials and welding testing), material analyzer, pressure resistance tester, ultrasonic fault detector, Lee’s hardness tester, Rockwell apparatus, digital tachometer, infrared thermometer, balance level, theodolite, tramegger, roller test board and conventional measuring tools.

If stoppage occurs during the warranty period, we will offer free replacement for damaged parts (excluding wearing parts) due to manufacturing quality.
